Booking Terms

1. Reservations. A booking is confirmed once a 30% non-refundable deposit has been received and an official confirmation issued by Olympus Adventure LTD.

2. Final payment. The balance is due no later than 45 days before the start date of your safari, climb, or beach holiday.

3. Payment methods. We accept bank transfer (USD/EUR), credit card (3.5% fee), and on request, secure online payment links.

4. Pricing & inclusions. All quoted prices include park fees, accommodation, transport, meals on safari, English-speaking guide, and 24/7 support. International flights, visa fees, tips, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Travel insurance. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is mandatory. Proof of insurance must be provided 30 days before arrival.

6. Health & documentation. Guests are responsible for valid passports (6+ months validity), visas, and required vaccinations. We provide a full pre-departure briefing.

7. Itinerary changes. We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, wildlife movement, road conditions, or guest safety. Equivalent alternatives will always be provided.

8. Liability. Olympus Adventure LTD acts in good faith as a tour operator and is not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by third-party suppliers (airlines, lodges, government authorities).
