Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings made with Olympus Adventure LTD, a tour operator registered in Arusha, Tanzania.

Booking & Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 60 days before departure. Payment methods include bank transfer and credit card.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure: deposit forfeit. 30–60 days: 50% of trip cost. Less than 30 days: 100% of trip cost. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, wildlife conditions, or events beyond our control, always prioritizing your safety.

Liability

Olympus Adventure LTD is fully insured. Travel involves inherent risks; guests are responsible for their own travel insurance covering medical, evacuation and cancellation.
