Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. The below cancellation schedule applies once a booking is confirmed. We always do our best to reschedule rather than cancel — your deposit is transferable to a future trip within 18 months.

Force majeure. For cancellations due to events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), we offer a full credit valid for 24 months.
Travel insurance. We strongly recommend trip-cancellation insurance to recover non-refundable amounts.
How to cancel. Send written notice to info@olympusadventure.com. Cancellation takes effect on the date we acknowledge receipt.
